How do I factorise 2x² + 5x − 3? It's question 1.2 from the Nov 2023 paper.
Look for two numbers that multiply to 2 × (−3) = −6 and add up to 5. That's 6 and −1. Split the middle term:
2x² + 6x − x − 3
= 2x(x + 3) − 1(x + 3)
= (2x − 1)(x + 3)

Which grades and subjects are covered?
Grades 8 to 12, following CAPS, across 14 subjects from the sciences to the languages. You pick your grade and subjects, and everything filters itself to you.
Where do the past papers come from?
They are the official examination papers and memoranda from the Department of Basic Education and the provincial departments. What we add is the filing: every paper tagged and matched to its memo.
Is Sino AI safe for schoolwork?
